Hi analoguesat et al, I have a trusty old analogue Grundig GRD300 which was originally installed at my old house in 1996 with an 80cm dish and an Irte Multisat arrangement, but I have mainly used it for watching motor racing on FTA Eurosport 19.2E. (the Irte seized up pretty quickly – luckily while aiming at 19.2E – prob cos that’s what I mainly used.) Since moving house in 2001 the grundig has been used with a simple 60cm dish still aimed at 19.2E. The front display has disappeared but the thing still works without any repairs e.g. the oft-mentioned power supply. My question (it may be a dumb one) is: Is there anything that can be done with these analogue receivers short of taking them to the dump? Have they any other use after april 2012?
