No - just once every couple of years or so when they have problems with the encryption. Even then it NEVER stays clear for more than a couple of days.

i have seen the free programms as it was last before closed, ok nothing special!
the programms flow was base on videos for military people, the most intresting was the nbc programm but due to time diference time zone only news programms was able to see,
