All understood Jeallen once I have got the old battery out I can check its size and spec as its clear its a tight fit in the rear of the sat look , My local shop here is rapid electronics I have a trade account there so the plan would be to take the old battery round to them , Yes I have bought from RS + farnell before once the battery is out I will have a look on line what might be suitable . It looks like just a bog standard 12 volt 7 Amp hour its all down to size . But cant do much until my Torx screwdriver set arrives .Then comes getting it out of the case but I think CH was right I think you need to remove the speaker then it should be more straight forward to remove it . Anyway tomorrow I will get the karcher out and make a start on cleaning the dish then have a go at cleaning the corrosion off .Once the Sat Look is working I can check out the Corortor and LNBs the corrosion on there is very bad so they may need replacing but from what I can see the polarmount is still spot on so no need to adjust that .But still got 10 more weeks of lock down so lots to do . Oh yes how many can of under coat and top coat did you use Moonbase ?
