Signal is very strong. I'm getting 98% on a 85cm dish which is stronger than some of the regular transmission frequencies.

I think it could be HEVC not entirely sure but that would mean older boxes can't scan it.

I'm using open ATV. Setup > Reception > Manual Scan > User-defined transponder
