Just in case you hadnt noticed there is a whole new section available on the iPlayer - The Whoniverse All the surviving classic series is available (except Unearthly Child due to a rights dispute) plus a few of the animated episodes. If the 2005 revival is more your thing then thats there too plus the assorted spin offs - Torchwood / Sarah Jane etc.

You think the recent stuff is crap, wait until Disney has a say in the plots. (oh wait, they already do)

I read some bits about that earlier, it is apparently only a non-UK distribution deal. Having said that BBC are doing fine themselves on making stuff unwatchable.:) I watched The Marvels last night, it is that which cannae be polished. :)

Ah, no.

Any writer for the Who canon is now fully on US terms, the deal appears to favour execs and the funding of spinoffs.
Storylines won't matter as long unless they are wrapped in cotton wool and uber friendly to all.
Sea Devils won't get a look in and the Daleks will require yet an(other) upgrade to make them less likely to annihilate the Thals.

Spiridon will be a bit of a conundrum for the writers, but guaranteed they will milk it for all its worth.

The IPTV app on my firestick has two Who channels, one for the older stuff, (Tom Baker and down) and the other for the modern stuff.

I did a Who marathon a few months ago, I went nuts trying to build a Tardus, (functional) also trying to import an old UK police box was wayyyyy too expensive, and could not find any plans to build one from scratch.

The one problem I ran into was the lack of dark matter for the reactors, looked everywhere, all I could find was fission material and some low quality Deuterium, couldn't get even a puff out of the reactors with that stuff.
