My Satellite Setup
Humax HD Freesat
Gibertini 150 cm dish for Astra 2D.
Technomate TM-1500 CI+ viewing Astra 2, Astra 1 and Hotbird
Sky receiver for FTV channels.
My Location
Copenhagen - Denmark
My Innovation can not use DiSEqC, it is stuck on 1 satellite. Even then, it can not find all the channels with no signal on the higher transponders.
It has the latest software.
Has anyone had the same problem and could you fix it?

If the 22kHz tone isn't working, then you wouldn't get the high band transponders either. Wouldn't know how to fix it though, other than to replace the receiver.
