A bit of an oddity this one - WHY has a Fransat package arrived on 21.5E???? The 21B wide beam doesnt really cover any French speaking territories particularly well....

All channels have the following parameters and are currently transmitted fta:

Eutelsat 21B

11221H
34000 3/4

DVB-S2
QPSK

First up France 2 / France 2 HD (showing the same content)

France's second entertainment channel

France 3 - three mostly identical sub regions being carried Bordeaux, Rennes & Paris. They seem to opt out for the regional news

Just 4 x tv now:-

8.0Mbps HD S2 MPEG-4 (1920 x 1088)

Re. Tear of steal I changed the video codec from lav to cyberlink.I get the sound as you do but no video.
Shame it is in English. My signal is too low to get video.
The signal level in reply #9 was wrong it had not settled down, it should have been 61%
TBS 100cm Dish

The HEVC streams look weird. Low rate, and strange AR. None of my filters can decode it. Audio is ok. V_PID 102 doesn't have a readable header according to transedit.

@ 21.5°E this transponder is for Eutelsat' test.

Tear of steel is in HEVC but HD (not UHD)
