There must have been some major reconfigurations on 46e over the last couple of weeks. I lost the remaining channels on 11174 H.

From North Bavaria with a 1.20 antenna, I can easily get both frequencies that are currently active at the moment on the MeddleEast beam
11511 H with 9.2 dB
11514 H with 11.2 dB
From the west I don't know how fast the signal disappears.

I'd just like to point out that there's another constant feed carrier nearby Alsumaria TV which sometimes confuses the situation. At this very moment the 11.517 H with SR 2000 is empty but program sometimes runs sumultanously with the main channel at 11.514 H with SR of 2142.
