It might be worth disconnecting the incoming satellite and TV cables from your precious equipment.

The mother of all electrical storms has just passed over here, another on its way in 20 minutes or so.

Ok. The garden has taken quite a hit waterwise. Small craters everywhere. The pond is now full to the brim thanks to the overflow system in place from the roof. The froglets should be happy for a few more days.
