The craft continued to run far beyond the original specification and project criteria, I doubt they have the type of fuel needed to get it started again.
The only downside appears to be the lateness of next generation machinery (James Webb), the recent worrying issues with Hubble, and the ongoing billionaires space race , none of the contenders have the funds to launch anything that surpasses, or matches what went on before.
At least Hawaii gets a new telescope, which is nice. (Article elsewhere)
