help just purchased mr ver 1.4 , cas interface card and u cas version upgrading card .

mr will not initialise
what has gone wrong

I recently purchased mr cam
initially it worked on hotbird ie multivision tps
i have a humax 5400z and now the cam will not initialise
what can i do

Try initialising it, using another stb of a different make.

Some have had success using the Humax and taking out the antenna cable, some have tried other methods, there are a couple listed in some other threads.

thanks Itried what was suggested . Nowi have "invalid ci module" any suggestions

The best route would be as aadham suggested and try a friend's receiver, but I appreciate that not everyone has someone nearby with a different make of receiver.

Whereabouts are you, perhaps there are some of our members nearby.
