YOUR NEW BILL - AND OUR RECENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear MR Smith

Your new bill, "E-Bill", is now available online. Please see below on how to view it. Firstly, we wish to bring to your attention our recent announcement.

YOUR BULLDOG SERVICE IS NOW PART OF PIPEX

On 7th September, Bulldog services became part of the Pipex Group and the contract for your service was transferred to Pipex Internet Services Limited. In addition to the transfer of your contract, Pipex also took over the Bulldog brand.

We are pleased to confirm that your service will be unaffected by this change and that your account will continue to be run in the same way, by the same teams. You do not need to change your payment method and your payments will be collected in the normal way by Pipex Internet Services Limited.

As part of Pipex, you're joining a multi award-winning service provider which is one of the largest and most established broadband suppliers in the UK.

That caused great confusion when I was ordering broadband a couple weeks ago, I'd narrowed it down to either Bulldog or Pipex, after thinking for a while I went back to the Bulldog webpage to check something and where it had said "broadband from C&W" it had changed to "Broadband from Pipex". :-rofl2 I decided I had been looking at them both for too long.

Pipes uses BTWholesale, but doesn't Bulldog use LLU (I think it does around here anyway)? I wonder if they will merge services, or keep them separate?
