This thread is from early 2017, which seems quite old, considering how quickly technology changes.

Just had a search, for TM-Twin 4K images and it seems that openvix do support these models, so installing an image, and downloading softcams, should be reasonably straight forward.
Which image do you have loaded?

I have messaged systemsat_direct but no reply.

Does anyone know if this receiver has Blind Scan ?

I can find no mention of it in the specification.

Another question is if the menu is similar to the TM-5402HD C1+ Super+ ?

It has 4k which I am after, not really interested in the Twin tuner but there it is.

One satellite needs to be set to diseqc 1.0 port 1 or A, the other satellite port 2 or B.

Only someone who owns your type of receiver, and has a similar set up, can provide a step by step guide.
What experience, do you have, with any other satellite receivers?

You appear certain that you have a 6 degree monoblock LNB, and that your dish is correctly set up to receive 13E, and 19.2E, but you never answer any questions, just post the same question over, and over, again, and again.
Was this system working, before you bought your new receiver?
Did somebody have to set that up for you?

Once you've set the tuner up, to Advanced, Hotbird 13E, LNB 1, Diseqc 1.0, and saved the new settings, exit that menu and look for a blind scan option, or a manual scan, and select an appropriate transponder:

Choose a transponder with a Free To Air, red F, that you used to receive.
e.g. 13E 10758 V 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4
19.2E 11377 V 22000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3

Check any channels, you scan in, against the list on lyngsat.

You are posting the same question over & over again.You need to give folks a chance to answer rather than just asking the same thing.

If the dish was working correctly in the first place with the other receiver then it should just be a case of selecting Disecq A/B in the menu structure and setting the two satellites up.
