Visjon Norge has been on there years - i remember that dog from the first time I looked at 1W - it was one of only half a dozen channels I could receive.

According to KoS its been on 1W for at least six years on and off.

May be a mistake on my part. Usually encrypted, but the programme info for TV Norge doesn't show that transmission going out at this time.

Meant to scan the horizontal (new channel up).

Yep, I've just scanned the frequency and both the H and V polarities have (different) channels on them.
