What is needed to activate the Tivusat card?

I'm thinking about buying a Tivusat receiver and card from ebay.it

My brother in law, who lives in the uk does have a valid codice fiscale and his parents have a apartment in Sicily from which I could use the address for activation.

Is there anything else needed to activate the smartcard apart from an address and codice fiscale?

This is what i have red in various places.

I was very confused so I'll try and be clear.

I to I'm in the UK and you Will need Italian details.

As i understand it. Their is no other way of activating this card with out going through the official process. (I thought there could be a hack)
1..If you buy the card only from Rai.it, You will need an Italian address, tax code and proof of TV licence.
2..If it’s part of a package, receiver or cam then you just need Italian address and tax code.
3..Go to the tivusat web site, punch in the details, says your card will be activated in 30 mins.
I think one person can register more than one card. (not sure on this and could change)
4..Use CCcam 2.2.1 or Scam 3.59 to physically activate the card on non Tivusat devices, ie reciver and Cam, leave it on a channel (Rai HD) for 5mins.
Done.
