Wish SES5 was stronger. Don't think even my 1.5m Gibby will catch it.

If the transponders I have posted are the one's in question CJ? you should have no problems, I am sure my 1mtr will hit them, if you give me a few tp I will do some tests, I am in the mood for tinkering:)

12475V on the Astra 4A Nordic beam has become an easy catch recently here - and the TV2 channels open on SCAM 3.57 too ;)

Yep those between 11200 and 11400 are on SES5. I get about 3dB at most on both my 1.2m dishes. Astra 4a I could get easy with my 85cm Penta...

I would like to hear users results on those two frequencies. 12700 it is Georgian Magtisat package with several channels (not easy to catch). And 12725 only one channel - EST TV (almost impossible to lock). What could be the reason of such poor reception?
There are my results on 1,2m Gregorian

Wow! 12725 V no problem to lock but 12700 was a ***!!! to hold and had to move the dish using different steps W/East added to this as you can see, varying the input frequency and SR....finally locking at 12697 H 5632.

That said, it was again enjoyable and this is why every day is different in this hobby. :)

Thanks for posing the question and sleep well.

I can lock 12725 V, no problems rima 64% on the 1.2 dish, I am struggling with 12700 getting nothing on this TP at the moment,

Conditions are quite good tonight but could be a little better, I will keep an eye on this tp :).

No issues here on the 1.5m but it used to be marginal even on the 1.2m Fibo in the past.

No nothing on 12697H.
Looks like a storm brewing here.Maybe that does not help.

Bad weather has arrived.Signal on 12725V is jumping between 7-80% broken picture when on.
Heavy rain now, signal gone. 100 cm Dish obviously not big enough.

My old and rather deaf TM6900 isn't seeing any signal from either frequency, but I am using a 90cm dish looking at 1W (offset LNB for 5E) in Bucks.

For 12697 H 5632 i get around 20% quality, this may be better once the clouds have gone but the level is floating about. The 12725 Tp is much stronger here, around 65%.
