You cannot replace lamps in any modern fittings so they must be the old halogen style fittings which I have not installed for a good 6 years

Hi have managed to get it free and working quite nicely now I got the thread all the way out wire wheeled it and regreased it
It is moving quite freely now the only problem is there is a bit of grit/dirt still stuck inside so every time you fully extend the arm it comes out with a load of black...

It is rather rusty inside and upon connecting to vbox gave an instant er2 fault, upon removal of the arm the plastic wheel is spinning and not reporting any faults
