Have you been following the high court and EU ruling? what has Ts and Cs got to do with anything, just because as company puts a clause in its t&c's does not make them legally binding, they have to be enforceable by law and the EU has ruled that the broadcast is not covered by copyright...

I think you will find they lost the appeal and its not that caser that I am referring to it is the case against the suppliers of the cards, I should know becuase I am one of the suppliers that is facing them in court. Anyway its all sorted now we have found a way round it. Thanks for all the help.

Surley that will be decided in the pending court case, my understanding is that Sky/FAPL lost the initial case and the judgement has been sent to europe for rubber stamping. JUst becuase Sky say that its a misuse of thier system doesnt automatically mean it is. Thats for the courts to decide...

oh dear thought as much. when youve got a few hundred cards out there its a major problem.

Sky are now displaying the viewing card number on the screen for Sky Italia systems, they are then sending people into pubs to note down the number and then the cards are being switched off. Does anyone have a way of blocking this signal from sky to prevent the viewing number from being shown...
