Tried scanning these last night but couldn't lock. Tried again this morning and they locked easily, but even with a high SQ they're breaking up a bit.
Nice to see a new country that we see very little of on satellite. I wonder what it's for. Looking online they've just launched DVB-T2, though not all of the channels are on that TP.

Dishes: 80cm (5°W), 80cm (30°W), 60cm Zone 2 (13°E/19.2°E/28.2°E)
Receivers: HTPC w/ TBS6905 4x DVB-S2 PCIe tuner card running TVHeadend, Octagon SF8008 mini.

The signal level on these is really high compared to the other stuff on 33°E, I’m getting around 11.5dB C/N according to my meter. The picture and sound are super glitchy though as if the signal is very poor.
