53.0E_I tried again to lock the T2-MI mux at 10935 V, 15282.3/4.8PSK, fortunately, the streams can be played with Crazyscan and neumoDVB.

Here it was (is) possible to receive mux T2_MI on 10998 H, 15282,3/4,8PSK, which I didn't initially think was possible with my antenna.
Of course, the signal is at the limit; it is enough to lock a PLP 0 stream and see that I was not wrong when I suspected it was a Russian mux, but then I could not lock it. The confirmation is on FlySat, reported by Edward.
So the situation is not as desperate as I thought at the beginning, but with a bigger antenna, one can hope for more from this beam #1, which does not have coverage in Europe's central and western areas.
I forgot that the easier-to-lock Russian mux is on 10852 V,1808,3/4. It is a radio package.

And to counter this, they are forced to wage a hybrid war, especially informational. And for their propaganda, by whatever means, satellite transmissions, together with the Internet, remain the most formidable source of propaganda for the "Putinist" ideology, which is why they use all the positions on the arc they have allocated to them.
Many Russian channels are aimed at domestic use, but at the same time, they also target a pro-Russian audience in Europe, which is not a few in many countries on our continent. Unfortunately, so many people buy such ideas that it is no wonder that there is propaganda aggression on their part towards this target audience. So let's not be surprised by these repeated Russian channels broadcast from many positions.
