I have discovered signals here that bounce up and down very strongly. It is comparable to the other AEHF satellites. Inclination is 1.9° at the moment. Can someone please check that. A signal is not to be locked.

This appears to have FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) covering the whole of band C. It will look like bouncing signals on CS.
I noted it at 5.6 deg incl a while ago but its orbit may have changed slightly.
