7020si will not start up

Hi all i have a 7020si which was running perfect using nabilosat image i connected up to the dreambox from idream on my mac and deleted the recordings i had made on the hdd, while i was deleting them, the dreambox turned itself off and now all thats happening is, it gets to the nabilosat image says loading enigma then the screen goes black then enigma shows the goes black for about 10 times i have tried re flashing it but the same thing happens any help and advice would be appreciated as ive come to a complete blank as to what to do next.

Sounds like a corrupt image to me mate

Try another image mate. Was the image in Flash or on CF/USB stick.

If its on USB try changing the USB stick and do a fresh install.

The best way i found mine worked was by using an upto date CVS image like Boxman or Schaedelmeister in the flash and then what ever image you want to use on USB using flashwizard

How have you been flashing the image to the box? Have you been using Dreamup or the built in flash utility on the box (The one you get by pressing one of the buttons on the front while powering up)

If you used Dreamup did you tell it to erase the flash?
