Browsing through Aliexpress for interesting 'stuff' and spotted this LNB, I'm intrigued by the design! The description on the box suggests it's a monoblock, each section looks parallel and has two outputs so it seems unlikely but there again I can't figure out why you'd make a quad LNB this way? I'm wanting to put up a zone 2 or similar size hat has two outputs on both 19 and 13E so if the sections can be angled this might be a solution with a couple of disqec switches.

Sorry Liew it's not for Bell, Dish Network or Direct TV, as they use a circularly polarized signal for all the programming from their satellites.

It is a linear polarized LNB, and looks to be a universal type. (two LO frequency's)

Their advertising is wrong if they state its for Dish TV.

OK, that makes sense. I've just noticed it's adjustable, but only in a linear plane. I can't see how that would work on a dish for spacing between two satellites.
