Its either drifting or dopplering.The red line was centre of frequency 5 minutes ago.

Its not a pager burst, its a continuous transmission. UK time 1146 UTC 2nd April 2021

Still drifting upwards at 1200utc - now at 138.001 070

I'll leave it running & see if it fades out or vanishes.

It drifted up until ~1220 utc then started drifting downwards again. If its a satellite it must be pretty high up as its been visible for almost an hour so far.

It must be terrestrial in origin - it started drifting up again :D .
