Just finish testing Diavolo vs Fracarro UX with fine tuning and warm up time respected for 2 lnbs, and it's confirmed yesterday results:
Fracarro equal sometimes Diavolo, but lose some % on 7w or 8w by example and doesn't locked 66e

Definitely Megasat Diavolo ( single v1 in my case ) win against all LNBs I've tested before, from now I will not waste my time with others LNBs :confused

It is very good that we have tests with different LNBs, but it is just as important to mention with which device it is used.
Many receivers although displaying some kind of signal don't know how to read the parameters, especially the S2X extension, or other demodulation.
With these tests, it is also possible to check the ability of the devices to find and lock the last parameters.
I think this is also relevant for the LNBs tested.

I do all my measurements with a Drhd measuring instrument, where all parameters are clearly recorded in the satellite report. Stb measurements are not authoritative, as they have different tuners and different values displayed during the image.

All tuners have varying input characteristics, including spectrum analysers.

On many occasions with large dishes it is worth adding a passive 6 or 12 dB attenuator in order to prevent spurious results from an LNB providing too much gain into the front end.

I have not seen any reports yet where potential overload has been verified by use of one.

My Satellite Setup
5 meter fiber dish, modified mti highline lnb, tm5402 m3 receiver

I have now run some tests on eight LNBs, including some of the favored types here in the forum like MTI Highline, Inverto Black Ultra Quad, Golden Media 202+ to Silvercrest (Lidl mysterious middle aisle brand). I have to admit that I am an amateur in this field, so handle the results accordingly. Here in my first post I will describe the setup.

I have used my fixed Gibertini 125 aimed at 28,2 E for the test, the position of the dish was not adjusted during the test. I mounted one LNB at the time and adjusted each LNB in the holder as it was connected to my meter (GTMEDIA V8 Finder PRO 2) to achieve maximum Signal and quality. I used 11344 MHz H/V transponders adjust the skew right for each LNB. I did the test when we had clear skies, in the afternoon (6 p,m.) when I expect the signal to be fairly stable. We usually have a drop in signal between 11 a.m. and 2 p,m.

For the test, I measured signal (S) and quality (Q) in the loop mood of the meter, measuring for five different transponders:
10714 H
10935 V
11126 V
10818 V
11305 H

I tried the following LNBs (time of purchase within brackets):
Durline +Ultra single (new)
Golden Media 202+ (new)
Inverto Premium single PLL (new)
Inverto Black Ultra quad (2015)
Schwaiger Single (2020)
MTI Highline twin (2011)
Silvercrest quad (Lidl middle aisle, 2010)
GTsat quad (2010)

@FM_Gibertinic, the lnb you described here as mti is not an mti lnb. I have found the mti highline to be a champion on vertical transponders and very difficult to beat in that department. It is no more on the market. Those who still have it may test it against the megasat diavolo on the vertical transponders.

Sorry, my mistake. The LNB is from MTI, but a different one. I always thought that my old MTI LNB was a highline, turns out that it is likely a MTI Supreme line... My tested lnb vs ad on a Polish.
