I don't know but his heels clicked from the spurs when he walked.

Which reminds me of a filthy double entendre from years ago by Kenneth Williams. He and Hugh Paddick were supposed to be dressed up as cowboys (on a radio programme!) and when questioned about it by Kenneth Horne he said that "he loved the feel of chaps between his legs".

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
A few guesses before I turn out the lights!

: Band-specific Yagi - may be wrong band for many areas

Also horizontal polarity may be incorrect for many transmitters

Or is it a DAB aerial and not even a TV aerial?

That's apart from the "4G" nonsense bit!

Dipole is lying horizontal rather than vertical. Probably to reduce package volume during despatch.

Shouldn’t the dipole be in front of that longer element that’s presumably a reflector?

Bingo! the dipole and reflector element have been swapped around! @rolfw seems to have found the source/manufacturer in question. Even by SAC's standards...

Nightmare;

Yeah, I have watched this and was horrified at this installation - very poor and that's at best! I was just about hyperventilating!:D

The more I look at the image the more I think it's a Photoshopped fake. Look at the strange way that the bricks have been "cut" around the dish. A strange sort of anti-clockwise swirling pattern which I can't see a reason for.

Looking at a better image, I would say that the area under the dish is an open passage, the hole definitely doesn't look photoshopped, just cut with an angle grinder.
