Found an encrypted analog signal, maybe the only one on satellite in the world:
M-net Terrestrial on Intelsat 902 at 62.0°E.
To bad we can't receive it here (and by the way none of all other analog signals afaik).

Yes, I am still not sure what "Irdeto" analogue scrambling looks like...

Plenty of non-encrypted PAL signals elsewhere, though... Star One C2/C4 at 70.0°W - LyngSat
Yeah but I guess impossible to receive in Europe, same goes for M-net.

Canal+ shows analog encryption inside a digital transmission:

grab

It's the FTA signal on 5W, 12648 V (mutistream).

If anyone is still interested in one of these, here it is.
Have you noticed from these pictures of the BBC Selector, that they recycled the case from the Ferguson BSB receivers.
Looks like the just redesigned the front panel.
BBC recycling!
Maybe this Jinxed the BBC's venture too! lol

well, this kind of encryption( or "encoding") does look like the old "canal plus" of analogue days...in France
What fun it was to watch the saturday night mature content (X-rated) movie through the encryption!! you see it in some French comedy films of the period (1985-1998)
People trying all sort of devices to see through the encryption!
Then it got pirated, and replaced by a string of other encryptions...and decoders, then pirate decoders, then new encryptions!
And the present owner of canal plus ,thinking of catching new subscribers resuscitated it on FTA canal plus ,on our freeview(roof antenna) offer,
on the No 4 channel....with fta breaks 6 to 9 pm,offering "saturday night type of fun for people to watch & advertise the encrypted programming
