I need one or 2 short pieces of C120 with circular flanges (4/8 hole type) like this: h**ps://roks-tv.com/c120-waveguide-l-40 or evan a WR75 to C120 like this: h**ps://roks-tv.com/wr75-to-c120-adaptor-l-40 One with standard 4/8 hole at one end and Prodelin 6 hole the other would also be useful. Has anyone dealt with roks-tv.com?

I'd also be interested in odd bits of WR42 (Ka) and WR28 (Q, 26.5-40G) is anyone has surplus.

I have the IRTE equivalent 120 - 75 transfers here, and a couple of R/T OMTs doing very little.

What stops you from drilling new holes in the feed to make them four hole compatible ?

What LNB are you intending on fitting once the adapter is in place ?

Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on an IRTE. The problem is that the LNA https://smw.se/product/lna/smw-lna-ku-band/? has female threads as do the feed assemblies so both ends of an adapter need to have clearance holes and space to insert bolts. In the case of the Visiosat, the feed was used with an OMT (which I have) but I'd prefer not to have the loss and the 2nd port makes rotation awkward. The 2nd picture here Visiosat Ku Rotating Feed shows the Prodelin to 4 hole 120 adapter on the right and the OMT flange extreme right. I'd like to be able to mix and match various feeds & LNA/LNBs.

It may be just possible to drill the Prodlein feed (0183-721) flange but the holes will probably break out the side as the flange is smaller diameter than normal C120. John kindly sent me an IRTE without the location lip (i.e. flat on C120 side) and I may have a go at drilling and tapping the 6 hole pattern but I don't have a dividing head so it will not be very precise.

Having written the above, and thinking about it, a bit of WR75 with normal flanges will sort at least one option.

Just open out two holes on the feed and bolt the LNB right through the adapter.

The only issue I have had in the past is with CM feeds, where there was/is an option of the mating surface having an o-ring. thogh it was a long time ago.

I just realised that I can use part of the original Visiosat feed as a template to drill an IRTE adapter with the Prodelin pattern. PM sent to CH.

I'm still after short bits of WR42, WR28 and WR75/WG17 with square flanges if anyone has any.

Send me the dimensions, I'm sure I have some filters / chokes in a box that might have the correct flange measurements

Channel Hopper,
Hi..... I'm using Gibertini feed horns ( C-120 ) on several of my Ku band dishes however due to the very short snout the feed horn is not quite at the optimum focal point. Would you happen to have any short sections of C-120 waveguide ?
I'm in the USA ( Yuma, Arizona ) Thanks

I assume you are clamping to the LNB and not the feed which is why you have a focal point issue.

The only 'flange' I have in that size are C to WR adapters (dual to single polarity) that would have been part of an OMT adapter system.

Try filing down a piece of aluminium tube (or iron - lighting conduit) with an internal diameter of between 18 to 19mm / 0.75 inch maximum,.
