thanks , i just find it hard to beleive, that i can hit 30w, 34.5w, 40.5, and 58w - WITHOUT hitting 45w

so you think nudge the motor on the pole a fracttion to the right, without messsing with motor or dish elevation \ delcination would do the job?

...i have tried maxing signal using USALS tweaks, but im as good as im going to get in that department.

I didn't twig that you can get 40.5 & 58W but that does now seem to indicate to me that the arc is OK - my apologies!

Thus I think I would now be looking elsewhere in the system, such as the LNB or the receivers:

- in the case of the LNB there have been a number of recent reported cases where an LNB or receiver has been "blind" to certain frequencies, so have you tried looking at the same (or close) transponder frequencies on other sats to see if you can lock those, and, if you can, then are the SS &SQ numbers lower than "might be expected"?

- as previously mentioned the China Radio SR is very low at 990 and some receivers can't handle that (or it's marginal), so maybe do something similar to the above by looking at radio channels with very low SR on other sats?

I'm currently using a Technomate Gold 0.1db - as I beleive its a better LNB than the Inverto Black Ultra (my opinion) - im actually waiting on a Smart Titanium, as i want to test this with a channel master feedhorn...

Now that you say its probably not the ARC (west side), that helps me with a way forward, i know my ARC is probably off for the EAST sats slightly

hey - just scanned them in again:

11173 - V - 15000

my E2 Edision picks these up, however, my non E2 Octagon SX88 doesnt. (Same LNB )

Thanks! I was able to catch this one with 7.33db tops. I've been trying to get past this one but can't seem to find anything else.

I've tried to get to 58w but I don't think the size of the actuator is enough to get there.

i couldnt beleive that i found something at 63W yesterday!!!

im now wondering, do i even bother tweaking dish for eastern sats....might just do LNB \ feedhorn testing only for now (when it stops raining)
