Heads-up to those watching CCTV4 - have your receiver/TV manually stretch the image to 16:9. Apparently they are 16:9 but don't have widescreen signalling (like Arirang)

Those who were watching Japan, did you notice anything odd like shaking? I am reading there was an earthquake 11 minutes before midnight in Tokyo area.

Fireworks live on Al Jazeera Mubasher. Not shown which city but my guess is Hong Kong.

EDIT: Hong Kong it is. At least BBC, CNN and Sky are not showing as of 1602Z Arise was however also live like AJM.
