The insomniacs at Ash-Sharqiya TV are once again running a continuous New Years coverage, they are just now doing a live report from London. Not sure where the main studio is but they were doing it live outdoors in Dubai last year, and they signed off after British New Year, which is at 4 AM Dubai time.
