Lift off is due about 2200 uk time

A beautiful on time launch into the night skies of China. There were some fabulous on board shots - including what looked like a camera under the payload fairing

Cor the best ever on board footage Ive ever seen - they showed one of the solar panel extending!

It was fantastic! Here a screen cap of the solar panel extending - (lower left)

Ive always imagined extending a solar panel is a delicate operation to be done slowly. Not this one - it rattled out from furled to extended in a few seconds!

About an hour including the build up. It was all in Chinese though :-rofl2

The actual flight phase was about half an hour.
