12 meters is dang close in space...I wish the country's that put these things up there would kick in and pay to remove them, a nice job in the future would be a space junk person.

Considering the size of IRAS its almost close enough for the two birds to be scraping the paint of each others fenders.

I think that there should be an international law introduced that requires them to.
