Comag twin HD CI+(2015) receiver:Multifeed option from GREEN button on my remote

I discovered,purely by chance,that the GREEN button of my receiver produces a rectangle entitled "multifeed"displayed on screen,transparently
The inside is perfectly blank on several channels i tried
the instruction manual only says "special function:green button"
In any case ,I tried locking some of the famous Italian multisteams on 9East,to no avail.They wouldn't even lock.
My question is,what does this button do?

As you have found, it does nothing useful. Perhaps it was going to display multiple channels from a transponder in a grid, or picture-in-picture if the receiver had two tuners. Certainly it's nothing to do with multistream reception.

Are both tuners connected to an LNB? If yes then you could see if there are any firmware updates but you shouldn't get your hopes up

My old Silvercrest SL65 (Comag heritage, I believe) had a function whereby you could display eight (IIRC) channels at once - a kind of multipane preview: I wonder if your Green Button was, at some time, intended to do something similar?

so,if I get 8 channels on one transponder this would display these channels?

If it's anything like one of my old receivers it would show a 3x3 grid of the channels, with one selected channel showing video, or one channel showing a few seconds of video, before the next channel showed a few seconds and so on, each channel would show a freeze frame until it was its turn to update.
