If it’s the Greek channels, the frequency has changed. The link above shows the new frequency.

Quite honestly, these channels were scrambled to begin with. But as it always happens, lots of shops sold people receivers that descrambled these channels in closed source firmwares and now that the frequency has changed, many people are left with no support. Most probably a new update has to be issued for whatever receiver they have, but hey....
Now unless you know what to do or how, I don't see any "solution".

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Signal Strength:
    • Access the satellite receiver's menu or settings.
    • Look for a signal strength or quality option.
    • Ensure that the signal strength and quality are both at acceptable levels.
  2. Realign the Satellite Dish:
    • If the signal strength is low, it may be necessary to realign the satellite dish.
    • Ensure that the dish is pointing in the correct direction (toward the satellite).
    • Make small adjustments to the dish position and check the signal strength after each adjustment.
  3. Update Satellite Receiver:
    • Check if there's a software update available for the satellite receiver.
    • Update the receiver's software if necessary, following the instructions in the user manual.
  4. Verify Satellite Frequency:
    • Confirm that the satellite frequency settings in the receiver match the current parameters provided by the satellite provider.
    • If the frequency has changed, you may need to manually update the receiver with the correct settings.
  5. Contact Satellite Provider:
    • If the issue persists, contact the satellite provider's customer support for assistance.
    • Provide them with specific details about the error message and any troubleshooting steps you've taken.
  6. Professional Assistance:
    • If you're unable to resolve the issue, consider seeking assistance from a professional satellite technician. They can diagnose and fix alignment or hardware issues.
Always exercise caution when making adjustments to the satellite dish, and consider seeking professional help if you are unsure about any steps. Additionally, if the satellite provider has a customer support hotline, reaching out to them can provide specific guidance tailored to the satellite service in question.
