Not sure if DEEZER is well known in the UK, but in Israel we have very few streaming services and today I learnt that DEEZER is available in Israel at last. Not sure when it was launched, but it is good to have it.
We are waiting also for Spotify as I think it has better service but it is going to take quite a while.
Pandora is popular in the USA and perhaps Canada and I don't know if they have it in more countries.

Deezer is availablle in the UK, but is has always been subscription based (apart from the first month promos).

To be honest I've not checked, but the only advantage seems to be a list that can be played if you are in, or out of a cellphone/wifi area.

I don't use it on a mobile but on PC and Smart TV
As I said, Spotify is better but as the saying goes "beggars can't be choosy"

Spotify will allow you to download to the phone before you go out.

I stream it via the 4G connection, with 320 bit rate it’s the only way I can use my data up.

Thanks - i did not know of Deezer ... running it here right now on my P.C. .... layout is very similar to Spotify
will use the free version during the coming weeks and see how it compares content wise ...

I got promotion for Deezer Premium+ 3 months for only $1.

I subscribed today to Deezer Premium+ using their promotion offer of 3 months for $1
I thought I will be able to download songs using my PC using the Deezer App, but apparently this is available only on mobiles for offline listening.
There are three options for music quality
- Standard 128 kb/s
- Better 320 kb/s
- Hi-Fi 1411 kb/s
Using the Hi-Fi option, I get the occasional suturing which ruins my listening experience. In the meantime I will stick to better.
The lyrics text is not selectable.
The features are misleading with regards to listing offline

No WiFi? No problem.
With Premium+, you don't need to be connected to the internet to enjoy your favourite tracks. Just download them once and listen offline whenever you want. So whether you're saving your data or going into the wild, you never have to leave your music behind.

Perhaps I am missing something here, but anybody got download to PC working?

Turning on Offline Mode

1. Tap on the My Music tab
2. Tap on the Settings button
3. Scroll down to Offline Mode
   
4. Touch the slider
   
   which will turn blue when offline mode is activated

To go back to online mode, touch the slider so it goes grey

You won’t be able to stream when in offline mode, the only content that you will have access to will be the podcasts and music you have previously downloaded.

Downloading albums, playlists, favorites and audiobooks

1. Click on the album or playlist, that you wish to download, or even all of your favorites
2. At the top of the track listings, there will be a slider
   
3. The grey slider will go green as they download

You are unable to download Mixes, and only able to download the most recent episode of a podcast. This is the same with the mobile app.

The downloads are stored within the Deezer app.

Missing your music?

Windows 10 app
You can download your albums and playlists in the same way, but podcasts and audiobooks are not fully supported on this platform yet.
