Seriously interested in how the DVD player works with the DM800 though as I could do with losing a box in my lounge. Do the drivers exist for the DM800?

xavk , the dvd in the DM8000 is connected via a usb adapter, the same as this guy has done, so I should imagine it's dead easy.

Aha - so any external USB DVD drive should work? If that's the case I will keep my eyes open for one in the near future. Wonder if a USB Bluray would work (doubt it, but best to ask just in case).

more is comming, I have just bought a Hauppauge Nova-T usb tuner. This will soon be mounted in the cabinet.This tuner WORKS perfect with FTA Dvb-T channels.
