I only have a couple to change manually, as most things pick up the time from ntp around here.

The only clocks I have to manually change I never changed back when the clocks went forward, I prefer my Midday to be when the sun is at it's highest, not at 1pm...

First morning after the clocks go back, I tend to get up at the "old time" to make the best of the daylight - after that I "succumb" to the "new time" !

Here, in deepest, darkest rural France, we turn our calendars back....currently it's 1957...

And, then, I slept OK until about 5.50 "old time" and could not really sleep after that - and so got up about 7.30 "old time " and had a bath.

Same here.
But it really makes little difference to me ... I still feel tired. Have done for years, in fact...
