Im a big fan of E2, but ive noticed its not very good at sorting FTA from scrambled channels, after a channel scan.
yes, you can add the encrypted icon, from the menu, which shows which channels are FTA and which are scrambled, but even then, it is VERY hit and miss - it classes many scrambled channels as FTA when they are not...and not untl you click on them, its sorts itself out.
anyone know why? it has been like this forever.
non E2 STBs seem to do a MUCH better job at it.
