A bit pointless this but never mind. I was a bit late out of the starting blocks this year.
I had no transponders for the midnight celebrations.Now I have them upto 2300hrs.
So in preparation for xmax 2014 my first TM backup of 2014 containing those transponders.
It is now clean out time for the TM again.

Nearly got it wrong there it is the channel list that needs to be backed up.

Nothing pointless about a bit of spring-cleaning ;)

I myself have just Dumped all the System Files, Settings, Channel & TP Lists etc. from both my Skybox F3s and I'm now doing Monthly Backups of Data from our Netbook and Laptop.

Don't you use an editor (Clarke Tech Editor Studio) to view and organize your settings?

I did have a look at it before christmas,but not got used to it yet.

Up/downloading and editing (c)ndf's, it's almost a daily routine like brushing the teeth, must have done it thousands of times during the last years!

So feel free to ask if something is not clear about the editor.

For what I do with the TM I find it easy enough to add and delete channels,tranponders, and satellites, with the remote.The Alien 2 is a different matter every thing is done with Dreambox edit on that.

I had to google that one.I have never heard of him.I have never seen those programs.
