Could be the distance to dish of the lnb why i have strong signal in some tps and 0 in others. Very strange.
I have replaced the connector and checked the cable and is fine.

For example on KTO 5ºW i have 18db and fransat now all 0 db when before i had 12db.

yes you are right seems 1.25m 16kg too much for a motor.
OTOH, the aluminium dish of my OP 125 L is only about 1kg lighter than the aluminium dish version of the OP 125 LP - and that works pretty well on my Alsat Superior Dark Motor, albeit that the clamps holding the motor to the pole/mast needed some strengthening to stop them bending too much (and the pole/mast also needed some stabilization to stop that "leaning over" a little under the combined weight of the motor and dish!).

So, it would all seem to depend on the particular motor used - so what is yours?

my motor is powertech dg240 but more than my televes 1.10 (12kg) its too much. maybe between 1.10 and 1.2 more difference in weight than gain, even 1m maybe is more or less the same. i also would like to get feeds on 10ºE and 7ºE.

My Gibertini on the Dark Motor doesn't have much of a problem with 10E or 7E - seems like you might need a "stronger" motor, and then maybe save on buying a new dish??

Looks like mine but, TBH, I would not (based on what I have read on this and other forums) trust many, if any apart from genuine Jaeger, low-priced DiSEqC motors to carry a dish much larger than about 1.2m (especially the "heaviery" ones) reliably.

90cm motorised dishes(98x90)+fixed+multiLNB+24Unicable.
Currently 56 satellites, 61°West to 57°East.

Octagon SF8008 4K Twin, VU+Duo², VU+Ultimo4K.
Recycled as the owner.

Tururu which dish could you advise me more or less 1.2m more light than mine, less 12kg.
Gibertini
OP125L.- Aluminum 15.1Kg, I have this one, with the steel plate (heavier, + 1-2Kg)
OP125LP.- 16.5Kg
With these weights, the motors don't last.
The motors that indicate for 120-140cm of antenna, indicate of aluminum and some say that it weighs maximum 12Kg.
The heavy part of Giberrtini is the support of the rear plate and the LNB arm, good material, but very very heavy.
op125_series_back1.jpg
8Kg.
I weighed it out of curiosity, without the support of the LNB or the plate. 50% of the total.

The first image on the thread suggests it is a Jaeger SG series actuator clone, similar to the Technomate TM2600.

If it runs fast across the arc compared to others out there then this would confirm the design (or you can take a picture of the underbelly where the connections are to prove it).

Nothing wrong with them at all, but the corrosion on the clamps/holding bolts in areas near the sea will mean cutting the rear plate from the pole sooner rather than later.

in the invoice comes the ref Antdg240 and in the webstore appear no very clear the brand. Tomorrow i will take pictures i look for the box maybe i still have it.

Today is working fine all TPs are ok, mybe is for bad weather because today didnt rain. like the screw were loose maybe inside there was water i dont know.

ARD HD 13 db and 15db on ZDF HD the dish is more or less adjust i have to tune in fine moving a little to west but at the moment i can get as before 7º and 10º feeds. this weekend maybe i give a try to move a little to west and put something more behind the motor is if its still not completly vertical.
At the end i put a needle lace "i dont know in english" and works tomorrow i will take a picture.

i will replace soon for this Televes:

i have the posibility to buy a gibertini but the model OP 125 L in aluminiun 15kg i think its ok. There is any way to diference between steel and aluminium because i can buy one a second hand but i only have the photo. The seller doesnt know.

I also i have checked better the weight of my televes 1.10 steel and is 18kg at least specification on manual. its too heavy for my poor motor.

this one i dont know if its steel or aluminiuim

The TD110 without packaging weighs 11kg - not 18kg Triax TD110 Satellite Dish & Pole Mount Fitting 110cm

FWIW, that works fine on an Alsat Superior Dark Motor (or similar clone) - although you might occasionally have to slightly adjust a small screw (behind a hole with a "Do not remove, voids warrantee" label over it!) to reduce the "backlash" (and so stop it over-shooting when moving between satellites)

Thus it might make a lot of sense to buy another motor that can carry a heavier load, and thus give you a wider choice of dishes.

BTW: I would not put a large dish and motor on that ""J" bracket, unless you put a support pole underneath it, because it will bend/flex under the weight - and so you will need something stronger and more rigid.

My dish is a Televes 1.10m model 7572 weight 18kg

Sorry - my mistake!
Maybe, then a relatively much lighter dish like a TD110 might work on your exisiting motor (but it's a bit of a pig of a job to set up the decliniation on that dish!)?

yes is difficult to adjust but i got it yesterday even i got 3 or 4 db more movinf the lnb as backwards as i could maybe if could be possible more its better but phisically i cant.

i have solved the nclinitaion problems due to the weight and i can get all sat as always when the motor was new. Taking in account is still working fine with 18kg dish 6 years old motor....

Thats why i have the possibility to replace the televes, that is good one, but weight 2 or more kgs less would be very good but i don t wanna down less 1.10m.

In that case, why do you not want the Gibertini to which you pointed much earlier because it IS both bigger and lighter?
