Fransat Receiver installation , promo says BIS is covered until July

I've installed a 65cm dish on the 5West slot with the customer supplying a Fransat box with card.

The promo says BIS channels can be received at least for a few weeks, though nothing is decoded by the box except the Fransat channels. All FTA stuff comes in without trouble

Eutelsat 5 West B at 5.0°W - LyngSat

Transalpine footprint shows the dish is perfectly large enough, so is the promo incorrect or has the promotion already finished ?

It ended in March if it's the same as this promo:

BIS channels FTV on 5W until 03 Mar 21

Anyone with a working Fransat card for 5W, this should currently open the BIS channels until 03 Mar. I spotted this through a message on my Fransat CAM (!) but it seems to work in OSCAM with a Fransat card. There was a similar temporary opening during an early French lockdown but I seem to...

Now i can watch ( here in Belgium) the following BIS channels FTA:

crime district
automoto
equidia
golf channel
tv breizh
action
ab1
rtl9
teva
mangas
ushuaïa
chasse et peche
science et vie
animaux
toute l'istoire
trek

but I don't care about them.
My Fransat box is with PC6 card.

I use 2 Fransat receivers
Philips with PC5 card
Méosat with PC6 card
both show these BIS channels today
