This will receive Ka Band A 'as is' if you can find a way to mount it at focal point on a 1mtr or larger Offset dish or even leave it on the good quality Gilat dish which could give decent results depending where you are located.
With poloriser on it will receive circular Turksat Ka channels at 42 East , take poloriser off and bolt scalar feed direct to ODU it will receive Ka Vertical ITN Newsnet channels at 19East, rotate the ODU and it will rx Horizontal horse racing related feeds from 19East Ka.
It's not completely 'plug and play' like with a Universal lnbf but is doable for a cheapish outlay.
The seller might be persuaded to remove the ODU lump and post it leaving the rest for the scrap man to collect ?.
