it says Scanner - Eutelsat 16A at the top of the screenshot next to the logo so if u scanned 28.2e why does it say eutelsat 16a?

That's just the list in the program, i can rename it to whatever i want it could say: satellite funny bear -0.008°W


16°E was selected (red) in this list, but program doesn't care if it finds a signal it shows it.

thanks i already have the frequencies added to my octagon sf8008 manual scan ready and waiting to scan, so i just have to press scan and it will scan it

Yea that's strange, stanley posted it on satelliweb at 18:29 CEST.
At 18:29 CEST uplink was already down.

I scanned 28.2°E at 18:22 CEST and they were already down.

He posts feeds even when they are down, like he will wake up and post feeds like Springwatch each day even if it isnt up.. its silly
