my old friend michel has built a very strong polar mount totally az / el (180° elevation 360°azimuth) in beginning it s for a 3.60m mesh dish but project was cancelled .this polar mount can be use with satelite dish or solar panel .
there is motors , chains etc .
motor need DC supply 24V.
he can sell at very low price this set . the buyer have to pick up the set in france.

If there are bearing tolerances this may also be of interest for astronomers.

It would be beneficial if your friend can advise on the counts per degree of both dimensions plus the approximate angular velocity once moving.

Full dimensions of the disassembled unit, weight and number of boxes would also assist in finding a collect buyer from overseas if the project is no longer required locally.

How is the lockdown/current situation nearby ?

there is ball bearings , dimensions is about 2m large / long , motors 15-20cm diameter .
about lockdown prime minister says free traffic 15-20 may ????? but truck , shipper do their jobs
