How to edit channel list file on a Toshiba TV built-in receiver?

I mean externally, download the file from my TV via usb, edit it on my PC then reup it to my TV.
My set up is a Toshiba 43L59 with built-in receiver (it's probably a region-specific model)
software is HiSmart 2k ATV4 version 9

Maybe I didn't ask the question correctly.
I have 600+ sat channels on my TV, It will take days to delete/arrange them with the remote control. Can I download that list, edit it on a PC or smartphone then upload it back to the TV?

The answer is probably no. Even if you could backup and restore the channel list you would then need to find an editor that could read and edit the database.

600 channels shouldn't take much more than an hour to sift through and delete (ten a minute).
Editing names might take longer.

But back back in the days we were able to do that with thebold receivers via a silly RS232 port. Why should it be any harder now
