My Satellite Setup
OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

Custom built PC
My Location
Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
You would need something that can receive an "L" band signal in the 1.6 GHz range,(1.616 to 1.6265 GHz) and decode a DEQPSK* modulated signal.

*DEQPSK= Digitally Encoded Quadrature Phase Shift Keying

But not much can be done with the signal as you would need one of their modems to use it.
