It seems to me that there are a few people still struggling to restore the BBC HD channels since their upgrade to DVB-S2 on the 6th June 2011, and in their confused efforts end up messing up their receiver settings.

This is quite an easy thing to do, and it doesnt involve 'factory resets', 'manual tunes', or even a loader/firmware upgrade (although these are always advisable for other reasons).

It is only necessary that you still have the channels existing in your channels list, but against the old TP settings. If you havent, then you may have to do a factory reset or restore your old channel list. Then follow the instructions in the attached document.

This document also includes the correct settings for Channel 4 HD as well.

Please note, that until FS update the Freesat channel database with the new settings, if you ever do a factory reset it will be necessary to re-do these instructions again.

Moderator, could this be a 'sticky' ?

Will no doubt come in very handy Brian. Apply at once to Fortecstar for a cut of their software engineers' pay bill :D
