Well I regret to say you are not going to be watching it. I was talking to a media person last January whilst in Israel for a wedding explaining how I thought it was scandalous that I can receive about 750 Arabic channels at home yet none FTA from Israel. Four weeks ago JLTV fired up for the Maccabiah games and is still transmitting on Hotbird 11199V 27500 5/6, but you would need a very big dish (approx 3mtr+) to pick up the East Med beams on Amos from the UK.
There is also a subscription satellite service called TIN on this link
