No, the tuners are not able to decrypt/demodulate the signal. With some work to drivers and software, it may potentially be possible.

Of course you can watch sone MI streams ie from 12.5 West and hotbird with the Openbox S6X but so far this receiver will not decide the 5w streams...Unfortunately :(

12.5W does not carry T2 MI streams these are regular multistreams with no PLS Scrambling and this is why Openbox can decode them!
